For agencies and service providers, this eliminates the most time-consuming part of client management: status updates. Instead of sending weekly reports via email, your clients log into their portal and see everything in real time.
What Clients Can Do in the Portal
Dashboard — At-a-glance view of campaign metrics, lead stats, call volume, upcoming appointments, and plan usage.
Analytics — Interactive charts showing leads by status, conversations by channel, call metrics, QA scores, website traffic, and funnel visualization. CSV export available on all plans.
Campaigns — View active campaigns, performance metrics, touch sequences, and results.
