DMs are leads, not chat

In this lesson

  • Move a DM to a booked time without dumping the CRM

WANT becomes a calendar row

A DM that says WANT is a lead. Reply with two times a closer is free and the offer they already saw. If they pick one, write the CRM next step (verb, person, time) on the fictional Northfield desk — do not paste a live rooftop thread into Academy. If they go silent, one follow-up inside quiet hours, then stop. Do not send a PDF of 40 units. Do not ask for a Social Security Number in Instagram.

Language match

If they DMed in Spanish, you answer in Spanish. A model defaulting to English is a cut. The facts stay the same: Saturday 9–5, 48-hour test drive, approved-credit financing. You do not switch offers because the thread changed language.

Two times, then a CRM row

A good WANT reply: “Saturday 10:00 or 1:00 — 48-hour test drive on the CR-V. Which works?” When they pick, you write “Priya meets WANT buyer Saturday 10:00 Civic test drive” on the fictional desk. You do not send a 12-unit PDF. You do not ask for a Social Security Number. You do not keep chatting about the weather. If they go quiet, one follow-up inside desk hours, then stop. That is the same consent ceiling you would use on SMS. Organic DMs are still people, not a comment-section game.

Academy tutor is school. It never creates the CRM lead. Type the fictional next step yourself.
