A 7-day calendar that a closer can survive
In this lesson
- Plan seven posts with one job each and a named reply owner
Seven days, seven jobs, not seven vibes
Mon: CUV row + Saturday hours. Tue: financing decision on approved credit — no invented rates. Wed: one unit walk-around that ends on WANT. Thu: service-bay hour if the bay is real this week, else skip. Fri: reminder that Saturday is 9–5. Sat: “we are here” with a live photo from the lot, not a stock handshake. Sun: one review quote you have permission to share, plus the book path. If you do not have a photo, skip the day. Empty is better than stolen. Name who answers comments within two hours during desk hours.
Name the owner before you schedule the post
A calendar without a reply owner is a flyer on the floor. Write the name next to each day: Priya until 6pm, Dana Saturday 9–5, closed Sunday DMs. If nobody owns Sunday, do not promise “DM us anytime” on Saturday’s post. If the CUV in Wednesday’s walk-around sells Tuesday, kill the scheduled post. The calendar is a hypothesis you update, not a content machine you refuse to touch. Skip beats a ghost unit.
Walk the seven rows like a closer
A Saturday “we are here” post is a promise that Dana’s lot is open and that a named human will answer WANT. If Priya owns comments until 6pm and Dana owns Saturday 9–5, write those names on the calendar before you schedule the photo. A post that says “DM anytime” on a Sunday when the inbox is dark teaches the shopper that Northfield ghosts people. That lesson costs more than a skipped day. Walk the seven rows the way a closer would: Monday CUV row with Saturday hours; Tuesday financing on approved credit with no invented APR; Wednesday one unit that still sits on the lot; Thursday a real bay or a skip; Friday the 9–5 reminder; Saturday a live lot photo, not a handshake stock image; Sunday a review you have permission to quote plus the book path. If the Highlander in Wednesday’s walk-around sells Tuesday, you kill the scheduled clip. If you do not have Saturday’s live photo by Friday noon, you skip Saturday rather than steal another rooftop’s row. Facebook Business and TikTok Creative Center can show you stickers and lengths. They cannot name Dana’s reply owner, and you will not paste their sample captions into the grid.
Do not invent “#1 in Frederick.” Do not use another rooftop’s inventory photo. Do not promise a rate you cannot keep 30 days.
Exercise
Draft the seven-day grid
Write seven Northfield rows: day, job, hook, offer, next tap, reply owner. Mark any day you would skip and why.
Deliverable: 7-row calendar with skip notes.
