Priya is a fictional prospect. A usable note: “Saw HVAC shops lose Saturday forms to a shared cell — we map inbox + CRM next steps + a booking URL. Open to 20 minutes next week on which of your 61 forms became jobs?” That names her number from the case, the OS, and a time. Useless: “Loved your energy! We help brands go viral 🚀.” Do not fake a mutual connection. Do not scrape emails. Do not paste a live owner’s LinkedIn URL from a paying rooftop. Public LinkedIn help and Marketing Solutions pages explain buttons; they are not a license to automate spam.

If she does not reply, one follow-up in five days: “Happy to show a sandbox desk where a form becomes a next step before noon. If not useful, I’ll stop.” Then stop. A 12-note sequence is how you become the junk she filters. If she says no, you write a polite close and you do not add her to a monthly newsletter she never joined.

You will not claim you already work with a live rooftop. You will not paste a live owner’s URL. You will not invent a mutual friend. You will not attach a pricing PDF on first touch. You will not mention Operator HQ or Hoy — those are not her product. You will not promise 40 appointments if her calendar cannot hold them. The note is one break, one OS sentence, one ask for 20 minutes. Everything else belongs in the meeting or the one-pager after she says yes.
